Get help with the Safe Passage Operational System
New Gen Frontline 216 is the mobile application for the Safe Passage Operational System (SPOS), operated by THE INSTITUTE OF RESEARCH FOR SOCIAL JUSTICE IN ACTION INC.
The App is used by authorized personnel — including frontline workers, supervisors, partner leads, operations directors, and district administrators — to coordinate safe passage deployments, track field activities, report incidents, manage community referrals, and maintain operational quality.
Access to the App is provisioned by your organization administrator. If you do not have credentials, please contact your organization lead.
If you experience a technical problem or have a question about the App, please contact support using the information below. To help us resolve your issue quickly, please include the following information in your request:
- Your full name and organization
- The email address associated with your account
- A clear description of the problem or question
- The page or screen where the problem occurred (e.g., "Check In," "Report Incident," "End Shift")
- Any error message you received, if applicable
- The approximate date and time the problem occurred
- The type of device you are using (e.g., iPhone, Android, web browser)
Account or Access Problems
If you cannot log in, are not receiving a verification code, or believe your account has been suspended, first confirm that your organization administrator has provisioned your access. If your access has been confirmed and you still cannot log in, contact support with your email address and organization name.
App Functionality Problems
If a button, form, or workflow is not working as expected (e.g., you cannot check in, submit an incident report, or complete a debrief), please describe the steps you took, the screen you were on, and any error message you saw. Do not attempt to submit the same record multiple times — wait for guidance from support.
Privacy or Account Deletion Questions
If you have questions about how your information is handled, wish to exercise your privacy rights, or want to delete your account, please see our Privacy Policy for details. You can delete your account at any time from the Profile & Settings screen within the App. If you need assistance with account deletion, contact support with your email address and a brief description of your request.
